We cater for all ages, pre-schoolers to masters grades.
Junior Track and Field: Monday evenings 5:30-7pm, October to March.
Cross-Country Running: Saturday afternoons 2pm, April to September.
Joggers and Walkers: Wednesday @ 6pm & Sundays @ 8am all year round.
