Training
Kids of all ages and abilities are welcome and encouraged to do training.
Training during the athletics season will be at Moire Park, on Wednesdays at 5:30pm.
As with any sport, kids need to do training improve.
Training has many benefits, including:
- learning life-long fitness skills
- self-discipline through training
- improving technique and peformance
- increasing event specific fitness, power, and stamina
- preparing for competitions
All of the club coaches will be available on Wednesday nights:

Any parents who are willing to assist with coaching an event on Wednesdays are welcome and your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
